Returns and order fulfillment

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within   14 days for a full refund and 30 days for exchange or credit note. Item(s) must be returned in new condition and it’s original packaging. For faulty items please contact us to arrange repair or exchange. Returns cannot be accepted if Aria-V Jewellery tag is no longer attached or broken.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, please note all items are made to order and production time might be extended. All orders are shipped via registered post, please provide relevant shipping address and you will be required to sign on delivery.

There are no returns on customized items as all items will be photographed and measured for your approval prior to shipping.
