Refund policy

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. FREE SHIPPING within Ireland. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for exchange or credit note. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. For faulty items please contact us to arrange repair or exchange. Returns cannot be accepted if Aria-V Jewellery tag is no longer attached or broken. There is no returns on customized items as all items will be photographed and measured for your approval prior to shipping.. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve issue to your satisfaction. All orders will be shipped via registered post and are carefully packed to avoid any damage during shipping.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If we agree to exchange your item, the cost of shipping is also your responsibility.
Depending on where you are based the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For return shipping you may consider track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your return and it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For gift purchases please note, we would only ship to your credit card or Paypal registered address unless otherwise agreed.
