Keane on Style Kinsale

I always wanted to visit beautiful Kinsale and was delighted to join Lorraine Keane for Keane On Style event held in Blue Haven Hotel Kinslale.

With tickets sold out within days, it is no wonder "Keane On Style"  was the most talked about event of the month. Fashionistas from all over Co. Cork were treated to a glass of bubbly on arrival, followed by tapas and wine, make up demonstrations and beauty advice.

Award winning stylist Pat O'Neill shared his knowledge with us on how to manage hair trends with  help of some hair spray and the most common hair tools on the market... Effortless!

I loved Sarah Keary and her makeup tutorial on basic natural foundation tips and tricks. Knowledge is a key!

Peggy Stringer from Monkstown Laser Clinic, is one of Ireland leading Dermatologists and her talks on skincare are very engaging, I am a new customer and can see amazing changes to my skin after only two visits! She is the most genuine lady and absolutely the best advertisement for her clinic:)

Love, love, love Lorraine's dress from Divine and how she accessorised it with Zula necklace!

Pop up shops on the night were buzzing with customers and I got to meet so many beautiful ladies of Kinsale! Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my designs:)

Fashion show was the highlight of the night, professionally run by Lockdown Models Emer and Vivienne who made sure everything run smoothly.

Here are models wearing Aria-V latest designs.

Pat is one gorgeous lady, she is dressed in Divine and Black Panther neck piece.

On my wish list: stunning floral dress from Divine and Amadala necklace

Bottle green is everywhere this season, I absolutely adore Divine Jumpsuit with Aria-V matching necklace!

Keane On Style 30th April 2015

In April we were invited to take part in much anticipated Keane on Style event, hosted by gorgeous Lorraine Keane and produced by Derek Daniels with Assets models . A full house of fashionistas were in for a night filled with laughter, fashion, beauty demonstrations and skincare tutorials.

Tori Keane, head of DBFace at Dylan Brandshaw and Lorraine Keane, wearing elegant jumpsuit from Divine Boutique and Nefertiti necklace from Aria-V.

Set up was a bit chaotic as it goes, but it was worth it at the end. We wanted to show off our organic, handmade displays and could not be happier with the feedback:)

Yana, where would I be without you? No matter how crazy and unreasonable my expectations, you always find a solution to meet them... Looking back, me trying to hang three frames displaying designs each weighting about half a kilo on one flimsy nail is a bit awkward to say the least..:)

Yana is wearing Treasure Chest necklace and I am sporting a layering trend with New Beginings necklace.

To celebrate the night we created a piece of jewellery with semi-precious stones to go in every goody bag for attendees and that is not all! There was an additional discount voucher for 20% on any purchase online or on the night!

One of stand out collections on catwalk this night was from Divine Boutique.

Here is lovely Mary Green, the owner, being interviewed by Lorraine on current trends.

Mary is wearing our Amethyst Slice necklace.

We were delighted to take part alongside Divine Boutique Maynooth, Style-Ikon, Seagreen boutique Monkstown and Ranelagh, Lulea bags, Kimono Gypsy and designers such as Geraldine O'Meara, Marion Murphy Cooney, Lennon Courtney and experts Elaine McPartland from Up To  My Eyes, Tori Keane DB Face and Becky Keane top hair stylist on TV3's Ireland AM.

Edina necklace looks delightful on one of gorgeous models from Assets Agency.

Chaos of colour necklace, our one of a kind piece has being admired the most on the night:)

Fountain of Life necklace is one of our bestsellers!

Stunning Yomiko Chen from Assets Agency is one of Ireland's top models for a reason:)

She is wearing beautiful structured  jacket from Style-Ikon boutiques accesorised with our Native Princess necklace... Perfect assemble and on top of my wish list...

Talula necklace and Guess jumpsuit from Divine boutique

Yomiko is so elegant here wearing yet another stunning dress and hat from Divine and Saran neck piece from Aria-V Jewellery

What a night it was...

Till the next time!

Natural stones A

All natural stones have gone through a geological process of heating, cooling and displacement and come from one unified source - Mother Earth.

Each stone is made up of minute crystals which are in constant motion and its energy is influenced by geometrical form, purity, colour and subtle vibration that can stimulate, calm, purify or heal. Mankind have used gemstones for healing since ancient time as far as the fourth millennium before Christ. Evidence of gemstones used for healing is recorded by the history of Ancient civilizations such as Chinese, Egyptians, Sumerians, Greeks, Romans, Shamans.

Amazonite

A stone of healing which aligns the physical body & energy field, thus producing a balancing, preventive & rejuvenating energy. Eliminates aggravation by dispelling irritating & negative energy.
Amazonite is known for maintaining good health in general. It aids in cell regeneration and healing after illnesses, trauma or injury, and relieves muscle spasms. It may be used in treating disorders of the nervous system and blockages in the flow of neural impulses, as well as issues with the throat and thyroid gland. [Eason, 286][Ahsian, 23][Melody, 107][Hall, 50]

Amethyst

A "stone of change, protection & enlightenment". Enhances spiritual awareness, meditation, visualization, serenity & composure. Attracts good luck & love, calms & transforms.

Aventurine

A powerful general healer, it brings balance to the intellect, emotions & physical being. Quells anxiety, helps in making the right decisions & shields energy drain from outside sources.

Green Aventurine releases old patterns, habits and disappointments so new growth can take place. It brings optimism and a zest for life, allowing one to move forward with confidence and to embrace change. It enhances one’s creativity and motivation, and encourages perseverance in maneuvering life’s obstacles. It also reinforces one’s decisiveness and amplifies leadership qualities, injecting a sense of humor and openness to the ideas of others. [Ahsian, 56][Simmons, 55][Melody, 136][Hall, 73-74]

Agate

The world of agates is a facinating and ever evolving places. There are hundreds, if not thousands of types of agates. They are found around the world. They bring a wonder and magic to the planet with their swirls of color bands.

blue lace agateBlue Lace Agate. Blue Lace Agate has a soft, soothing elegance; like sky-blue waters released from winter's grasp. Its graceful, circular design has a stimulating, positive effect on emotions and attitude. It is not a stone of protection, but rather of encouragement and support. Its circular flowing energy calms, uplifts and elevates.

crazy lace agateCrazy Lace Agate. Crazy Lace Agate is called the Laughter Stone, or "Happy Lace." It is associated with sunny Mexican fiestas and dancing, and brings joy to those who wear it. [Eason, 305] It is not a stone of protection, but of support and encouragement, elevating thoughts and promoting optimism. Its graceful design, in random lacy patterns, creates a circular flow of energy, stimulating for the mind and attitude.

dendritic agateDendritic Agate. Dendritic Agate is known as the Stone of Plentitude. It brings abundance and fullness to all areas of life, from business to agricultural endeavors. It was associated with the ancient Greek dryads, woodland and tree spirits, and was buried in the fields at the time of sowing to insure a good harvest.

fire agateFire Agate. Fire Agate, known as the spiritual flame of absolute perfection, carries a great mystery locked inside its deep brown crystal. You need only touch the stone and fiery embers ignite. Peer into its depths and flames leap within its chambers. Study it closely and it will almost show you its secrets. Almost.

laguna agateLaguna Agate. Laguna Agate is the most highly praised banded agate in the world. It is known for its extremely tight banding and vibrant shades of red and scarlet. Laguna Agate is found in an area covering roughly four square miles in a remote mountain range in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.

moss agateMoss Agate. Throughout history and all cultures, Moss Agate has been known as the crystal of gardeners and agriculture. It was considered a miraculous healing stone for tribal priests of the past, giving them power to interact with our human organic system, and was used as a talisman to make warriors strong and victorious.

To be continued....
